Dr. Chisom Ubabukoh is a development economist and senior tutor at the Global Development Institute, Manchester. He has consulted with many international organisations, including the Overseas Development Institute (ODI) and the African Development Bank (AfDB). His research focuses on how agricultural productivity could be improved for better poverty outcomes in developing countries.
