This Future Leaders Internship programme is an in-person internship for those who self-identify as Black ethnic minority background with a strong interest in a career in economic consulting.

The Future Leaders Internship Programme
The purpose of this programme is to provide students who have been historically underrepresented in global business advisory firms with the opportunity to gain first hand experience and learn about our Economic Financial Consulting. This could lead to an offer of a graduate role. You will gain access to many experts and professionals to grow your network, including senior leaders. We are seeking students from a variety of degrees.
Our team of consultants come from a wide variety for academic backgrounds. At FTI they develop skills in economics and finance as well as drawing on their problem solving and analytical skills to answer a range of questions for high-profile clients.
